A ground-up SharePoint intranet for Orange's B2B Operational Marketing division, built within a nationally deployed platform supporting the company's B2B commercial transformation.

Designed page templates, collaborative workspaces, and information architecture as part of the core team; led the homepage design for the Public Sector sales department's largest purchasing groups, working directly with account managers and department heads to shape a clean, functional visual hierarchy. Supported adoption through user onboarding, first-level technical assistance, and iterative improvements driven by employee feedback.

Version 1.0 launched nationally in April 2025; Version 2.0 rolled out across France and the DROM territories by October 2025, reaching thousands of employees across more than a dozen departments.

A full-scope brand and digital repositioning for a 60-year hospitality interior design studio, restructuring a single practice into a three-part ecosystem: execution, research, and product culture.
Led brand strategy, design system architecture, and editorial direction; built the Figma component library and token system; developed the WordPress/Elementor site with integrated CRM and automation infrastructure.

Led an international francophone team of four across design, development, and marketing. Defined the brand strategy and visual identity system; built the Figma prototype and WordPress/Elementor e-commerce site; developed a 360° marketing strategy (Google Ads, Meta, Brevo CRM).
Every decision was strategically justified and technically grounded—from selecting OVHcloud hosting to match the brand’s CSR commitments, to validating a 9-category architecture via closed card sorting, while balancing conversion, accessibility, and client autonomy. Successfully delivered every milestone with full jury approval.
